• It’s guaranteed to stay fresh for at least 7 days, or we’ll put it right with a refund or replacement
• It could feature buds (it just means the flowers are fresh), they’ll soon open up
• The packaging is recyclable or biodegradable
• It includes a card, the florist will add your message inside (usually by hand)
• If you have any special requests (like pet-friendly flowers or to avoid a certain bloom), pop them in the box that asks if there’s anything you’d like the florist to know. They’ll try their best to help.
