Coronavirus Update:

Our customer care team has been heavily impacted by staff shortages due to the current COVID-19 situation. If you're looking for assistance, please send your order number, recipient name and billing address to and one of our lovely team will come back to you. We are working as quickly as we can, please bear with us in these difficult times.

We have asked our local florists to introduce contactless deliveries, we recommend the delivery driver places the gift in a safe location, rings the doorbell and stands two metres away, if the recipient is unavailable we will post or put under the door a calling card.

We have also given our florists greater freedom to ensure they can deliver as many messages of love as possible and should they be unable to source certain stems due to supplier shortages we're asking them to create something special on your behalf using a mix of the very best in-store stems.

For our deliveries in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, we are aware that the situation is evolving quickly and impending restrictions on travel, movement and retail may require us to make earlier deliveries.

We will continually review the guidance and direction that the government sets and react accordingly.

You can visit this page at any time if you need to know if your gift has been delivered, or simply want to find out the status of your recent order.

Make sure you have your Order Confirmation Number - this can be found on your Order Confirmation Email, which is sent to you after your order is placed.

Please note that our florists may be very busy at certain times of the year (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas etc.) it may take longer to update orders once they have been delivered.

International Orders We apologise but we are unable to track orders online for deliveries outside the UK.

how the order tracking service works
At each step of our order process the status of your order is changed and updated. Our florists will confirm they have received your order and when they are due to start creating your gift

When your gift has been created, our florist shop drivers will personally hand-deliver it. If your recipient is not available to receive your gift, the florist if appropriate, will leave it with either a neighbour or in a safe place, otherwise they will return the gift back to the shop. The florist will always leave a calling card detailing where the gift has been left, or let your recipient know how to re-arrange a convenient time for delivery.

On returning from the delivery, which usually includes multiple orders, your gift delivery status will be updated. This occasionally means that the status of your order may not be amended straight away and there could be a delay. We aim to ensure all our standard deliveries are marked as delivered by 6pm.
