Our response to COVID-19: If you're looking for assistance, please send your order number, recipient name and billing address to and one of our lovely team will come back to you.

For everyone’s peace of mind, we’ve introduced a contact-free delivery experience. Our florist will place the flowers on the doorstep, knock on the recipient’s door and then stand back at a safe distance and if your recipient is in self-isolation or unable to answer, we’ll leave the flowers in a safe place and post a calling card through the letterbox.

You can visit this page at any time if you need to know if your gift has been delivered, or simply want to find out the status of your recent order.

Make sure you have your Order Confirmation Number - this can be found on your Order Confirmation Email, which is sent to you after your order is placed.

Please note that our florists may be very busy at certain times of the year (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas etc.) it may take longer to update orders once they have been delivered.

how the order tracking service works
At each step of our order process the status of your order is changed and updated. Our florists will confirm they have received your order and when they are due to start creating your gift

When your gift has been created, our florist shop drivers will personally hand-deliver it. If your recipient is not available to receive your gift, the florist if appropriate, will leave it with either a neighbour or in a safe place, otherwise they will return the gift back to the shop. The florist will always leave a calling card detailing where the gift has been left, or let your recipient know how to re-arrange a convenient time for delivery.

On returning from the delivery, which usually includes multiple orders, your gift delivery status will be updated. This occasionally means that the status of your order may not be amended straight away and there could be a delay. We aim to ensure all our standard deliveries are marked as delivered by 6pm.
