How do I order funeral flower letters?

We have some common flower letter tributes on our website, but if you’d like something a little different, you have a few options.

We have a special phone line for funeral flowers, call us on 0333 600 7003 (or 01 6869395 if you’re in Ireland). We’re around Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm, and Saturday, 8am to 3pm.
You can email us, or you can live chat with us. Just hit the live chat button (if you can’t see it, everyone’s busy, give it a few minutes, and it should appear).

We’ll usually respond to emails within 24 hours, but bear with us during busy times like Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. If available, our live chat will also appear here.

When are letters or words used?

They’re usually chosen by members of the immediate family and sent to the funeral directors to go with the coffin in the hearse.

What words and letters can I have?

Usually people choose a word that describes the person like ‘Dad’, ‘Mum’, or ‘Nan’. But our florist can work with you on whatever word or tribute you’d like.
