We’re welcoming some amazing artists, crafters and designers to Manchester as part of the Interflora World Cup. Get to know all of the fabulous brands who are coming to set up shop at our Artisan Market.
Bemuse Drinks
Bemuse Drinks are on a mission to create intriguingly different drinks that taste great, are inclusive and kind to our planet. Inspired by traditional mead recipes, they infuse hops, herbs, flowers and spices, then harmonise with artisan honeys to create non-alcoholic, low-calorie drinks. Bemuse are dedicated to looking after the welfare of co-worker bees that are vital to their success, raising bee welfare awareness, supporting responsible bee keepers and urban greening.
CactusParlour
Cactus Parlour is a small family business based in Cheshire that specialises in all types of cacti and succulents, including a selection of rare varieties. Pots are carefully matched to each plant, based on size, shape and design. Each plant is planted in organic coco compost and sustainably sourced crushed shells or gravel.
Ceramic Botanist by Louise Condon Designs
Louise’s main range of ceramics is based purely on botanicals. Her range of jugs, wall plaques, splash backs, large statement platters, garden style sculptural pieces and lights are all beautifully decorated with imprints of plants left after firing. Every piece is unique as she uses real plants to capture that moment in time.
Cute things by Aggie
Cute things by Aggie is brought to you by duo Aggie and Anita. Aggie is the creator and Anita promotes the products with her beautiful smile and kindness. Aggie discovered her passion for resin during the Covid19 pandemic. Cute things by Aggie combines her passion for resin with her love of flowers to create beautiful coaster, keys chains, ornaments and more.
Dawn Ireland - Textile Artist
Born in Manchester and raised in Macclesfield, Dawn Ireland spent much of her childhood outdoors, surrounded by nature. With a love of collecting things, especially leaves flowers and petals to press and paint pictures from, drawing and making was an important part of her childhood. Working from her own studio, Dawn spends her time creating and making original work to sell.
DD Practical Leathercraft
Dani is one of the UK’s few professional female leather workers with a mission to educate everyone about the beauty and sustainability of leather. Everything is handcrafted in her Atelier in Preston with a focus on custom designs and personalisation. Dani is on a mission to provide high-quality leather products that are practical, beautiful and most importantly – will last a lifetime.
DIY Terrariums
DIY Terrariums was founded by Poppy in 2020. Terrarium building and houseplant keeping started off as a hobby, but now it’s become her life, business and full time job. Poppy and her partner can provide plants and full terrarium kits aswell as all the tools to create your own terrariums. They can even revive and plant up old jars to bring to life.
Ollie Morris Artisan Chocolate
When Ollie’s Patisserie course at Leeds City College ended abruptly as a result of the Covid19 pandemic, he turned to tempering chocolate, decorating chocolate bon bons, and experimenting with flavours and fillings. In 2021 he launched his Artisan Chocolate business aiming to provide beautiful tasting, decoratively pleasing chocolates using good quality Belgian Chocolate and fresh, high quality ingredients.
Procter’s Cheeses
The Procter family have been making cheese in Lancashire for more than 80 years. Their small farms have lush pastures, producing excellent milk for cheese making. Their own brand, Kick Ass Cheese, strong cheddar with an extra kick, is the creation of husband and wife partnership Tim & Sue Procter.
Root2Ginger
Root2Gingers concentrated ginger drinks are made using premium organic products including Peruvian ginger root, raw cane sugar, lemon juice and spices with the high ginger root content making Root2Ginger drinks unique. Every drink is hand crafted in Manchester using no artificial colours, additives, or flavourings, are gluten free and suitable for vegans. In addition to this ginger is considered a superfood with many health benefits as well as being a natural energiser. What’s not to love?
TigerMoth Flowers
Katy arranges beautiful bespoke dried flower bouquets, flower frames and wreaths from her small business in Liverpool. She loves creating stunning arrangements whether that be for weddings, christenings or a gift for a loved one. All items can be customised and personalised, with each item lovingly handmade with care.
Tosha Dibba
Tosha Dibba is inspired by a love for traditional home-cooked Indian foods. They pick the best spices and the most authentic recipes passed down from generation to generation to create their range of chutneys, sauces and curries. Every product is hand-made and cooked to perfection each and every time to create the authentic taste of their ancestors.
Victorian Candle Co
The Victorian Candle Co.'s journey started in late 2018, with brothers Aidan (20) and Ru (17) spending many long hours experimenting and learning their craft. On March 1 2019, The Victorian Candle Co. was launched! The brothers hand-pour hundreds of high-quality candles in their workshop in Carlisle every week.
William Morris Society
The William Morris Society was founded in 1955 to share knowledge of the life and works of William Morris amongst their members and the wider public. Offering a selection of handmade textile items, mugs, postcards and other gifts all featuring images and designs from the William Morris collection.
