Their flowers will be delivered by the florist or one of their team. You can track your order in your account, and we’ll send you email updates too. Don’t worry if the flowers are on the way but there’s no one home; the florist will leave a card and ensure the blooms reach the person they’re meant for.

7 days at least. Each flower is chosen for freshness and quality by a florist, so they’ll only choose blooms guaranteed to last. Some varieties of flowers will even last much longer (blooms like Alstroemeria and carnations). To keep your bouquet looking lovely for as long as possible, simply follow the care guide.

It’s a beautiful mystery! Their florist will choose the precise blooms (unless you’ve selected a bouquet that states it features certain flowers) according to the season and freshness of the flowers they have in stock. They’ll pay close attention to the colour palette and the occasion the blooms are for when they choose.

It’s a complicated question. We’re working hard to lower the carbon footprint of our flowers by encouraging florists to buy British-grown, but we know that often flowers will be imported. We’re currently looking at our supply chains and those of our florists to try and make this better.

Order by 3 pm for same-day delivery and by midnight for next-day delivery.
